Present the organic structure and respective framework of a training department and/or identify a technician/manager responsible for training human resources.

Name of ongoing training activities (updating knowledge or of any other nature) carried out;

Analysis and interpretation of data: The objective characterization of the situation in which the modality finds itself, specifically in terms of the training of its staff, must be duly analyzed and interpreted by relating the different indicators, thus serving as justification for decision-making and definition of objectives and strategies to follow (presented in the next point).

It should also include an evaluation of the previous training plan, using a critical perspective, in order to detect the existence or not of possible discrepancies between what was actually carried out and what was programmed (execution rates). In this perspective, this reflection will be an essential instrument for the future optimization of the actions to be developed, allowing corrections to be made in order to achieve the intended objectives.
