Program Regulation Introduction: Training is fundamental for the development and growth of society, organizations and institutions, and Man himself. Capoeira is no exception! In this sense, it is fundamental to train all the agents so that capoeira also follows the growth and development of the society in which it operates. The objectives of Capoeira training are: To promote the acquisition of knowledge, through non-academic training and updating, of the different capoeira agents; Disseminate the technical and scientific instruments aimed at the qualitative improvement of the intervention of the various capoeira agents; Promoting and improving the practice of capoeira qualitatively and quantitatively; Contribute to equal opportunities in access to the practice of capoeira; It is the responsibility of the Portuguese Capoeira Federation to coordinate the training of human resources in the formal Capoeira system, namely in terms of recognizing the training to be carried out in view of the needs felt by the market, contributing to the quality of the training provided, as well as its coherence and adequacy with the principles and objectives settled down. These actions correspond to privileged places for debate and analysis, for the exchange and acquisition of knowledge, the result of studies carried out by several people with different perspectives on a given subject. The Portuguese Federation of Capoeira aims to provide entities linked to the Capoeira system with the means to increase activities that promote the development of human resources in this area through applications for the Support Program for Training Actions, financially supporting the implementation of these initiatives so that all they achieve the desired success and quality. This support plan is intended for actions: Complementing or improving; With limited duration; Addressed to the various human resources of capoeira; Whose theme falls within one of the following intervention areas: Capoeira Associativism; Access to the Practice of Capoeira; Capoeira Management; Health and Physical Condition; Youth Capoeira; Capoeira training; Capoeira Adapted. Note: These are priority intervention areas, not excluding others that fit the previously defined objectives. Recipients: This financial support application plan is intended for all entities linked in some way to Capoeira, such as: Class Associations; Clubs; Other Training Entities. Note: Training entities that are contemplated with financial support for activities related to the training of human resources in sport, through other IPDJ, IP programs for the training area, cannot apply. Application Conditions: The financial support request form will only be considered for analysis with all its fields duly completed and delivered to the Portuguese Capoeira Federation and approved by IPDJ, IP up to 90 days before the start of each action. Performance Conditions: The organizing entity undertakes to send the Portuguese Capoeira Federation to be forwarded to the IPDJ, IP, the event report, summary of communications and financial report with the respective proof of expenses as well as an article for publication on the website Internet, when requested. The organizing entity undertakes to establish a quota for the participation, in the training course, of elements of the public administration when requested. Whatever the amount of the subsidy, it is mandatory to mention the IPDJ, IP as the funding entity. The Portuguese Institute of Sports and Youth logo must appear on all media advertising the event, in accordance with the rules set out in the book of graphic standards. The organizing entity undertakes to disseminate the programs developed by the IPDJ, IP, during the course of the event, in the ways that the Institute will make available. Failure by the organizing entity to comply with any of the requirements defined above, makes it impossible for IPDJ, IP to pay the established financial support. Evaluation: The evaluation of requests for financial support is the responsibility of the Qualification and Training Department. The criteria to be considered for the analysis of requests are: Relevance of the event; Adequacy to intervention areas; Nature and interest of the proposed topic; Quality and relevance of presentations; Adequacy of the budget to the event. The result of the evaluation and the amount to be attributed will be communicated, in writing, to the proposing entity, within a maximum period of 30 days after receiving the request. The communication of the result, if favourable, will be accompanied by the respective program-contract/protocol to be signed between the Portuguese Capoeira Federation and the IPDJ, IP.
